I’m finally in the mood to post another haul in my blog which was from RRS. If you’ve been reading my previous posts, I did mention that I’ve been waiting for my package from RRS to arrive. So, the package arrived at the post office last week and I had a lot of paperwork to do. I will tell you why.

I placed the order on the 29^th April 2017 and RRS processed it on the 30^th April. On the 3^rd May, I’ve received an email from them notifying me that the items have been shipped along with the tracking number. So, I was super excited and when I check the website to track my package, it’s not listed there. It turns out that they only started to ship my items on the 8^th May instead. And I was like, “ooookaaaay. I thought they said they’re going to ship the items on the 3^rd?” 

But I just let it slide since I understand they had some kind of holidays there at that time.

My parcel actually arrived at my country on the 12^th May but due to customs clearance, it got held up and has only been released to the post office on the 15^th May. The next day, I got a call from them and so I went there to pick up my items.

Now, here’s the thing. Upon checking my parcel on the spot, I’ve noticed that there are 4 items missing from my order. I was supposed to receive 18 items but instead, I got 14. I double checked again and again, counting the items repeatedly even the officers there looked at me like I’m some kind of a weirdo. LOL. So, I have to fill in the form for the missing items and other paperwork blablabla just because of those 4 missing items and it took me roughly around 2 hours to settle the paperwork ><

Once I got home, I straight away emailed RRS regarding on the missing items and they replied me the next day. (I do appreciate the speedy action though.) Thankfully, they’re willing to issue a refund but I requested for them to re-send the items. I’ve actually requested for DHL but they told me that I have to pay for an extra USD4.06 so nope, I’m going to stick with EMS. (The shipping cost is covered by RRS in the case for missing items and since I paid for EMS earlier, so yeah that’s why they’re using EMS.)

But I’m not happy with the processing time though. You see, I emailed them on the 16^th May, but they just shipped my items yesterday which was on the 23^rd May. At least that’s what they said in the email that I’ve received. BUT, as usual, when I checked the tracking website this morning, there’s nothing.

But oh well, let’s just hope my items arrived in good condition.

Alright now, so on with the haul! I actually planned to buy 2-3 skincare products but omg when I saw the price, I just went crazy with my shopping so I ended up buying a lot. Luckily, I’m currently on my holiday so at least I can still save a bit before my next semester.

RRS is known for its cheap price compared to other Korean websites and they’re constantly having a sale for different brands. So yeap, that’s definitely a plus. The only downside is the shipping cost which is pretty expensive. I paid roughly around USD27.74 for the EMS. Oh and also, you have to request for the samples too -.-

Anyway, here’s what I got from RRS.

The first thing I got is the TonyMoly Floria Brightening Peeling Gel. I've read reviews saying that this peeling gel provides an instant brightening effect.

The next item is the COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser. Just another restock.

I also got The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil and Secret Key Witch Hazel Pore Clear Toner. Both also have great reviews and this is my first time trying a product from Secret Key. I hope it really lives up to its expectation.

Next is the Skinfood Pure Cotton Puff. It only retails at USD0.83 so why not. I'm curious to know the difference between the ordinary cotton puffs with this cotton puffs from Skinfood.

Moving on to the sheet masks, these are what I bought:-

Now, for my make up haul:

I got the Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder Mint and I'm happy when they randomly gave me the emoji one instead of the normal packaging. Oh, and I also got the Aritaum Ginger Sugar Lip Scrub. I've never tried a lip scrub before so this will be my first time trying one.

Finally, the last three items that I got are:-
