I heard they give free samples with every order and also provide free shipping. So, I placed my first order at which I only ordered 2 items. But I was quite disappointed upon receiving the parcel.
From what I read from their facebook page, they did mention that they provide free samples. But I received none. I know it's not much but I was used to getting free samples with every order that I made from various Korean online shop and this is the first time I didn't receive any.
So, I emailed them regarding the free samples and they replied me 2 hours later which was pretty quick, in my opinion.

I'm satisfied with this clarification though but I think they should have updated their facebook page because the information is kind of misleading.
Anyway, let' see what I bought from them.

This product is like a dupe for the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. It smells so delicious, just like berrries. I haven't try this yet though.

I bought this after watching Pony's makeup video tutorial and I have yet to try it.
Overall, the customer service was pretty quick. Shipping took 3 weeks to arrive. What I love from Beautynetkorea is the free shipping (though I'm not sure whether there are any changes regarding on their shipping policy) and competitive prices for some of the products offered compared to other online shops. However, I don't like the way they bubble wrapped my items with only one layer.
I might buy from them again IF I cannot find the products that I wanted at any online shops.

I ordered 2 things from them, Missha The Style Under Eye Brightener Concealer #Natural Beige & Lucky Box.
They bubble wrapped the concealer together with the free samples.
And they also bubble wrapped the Lucky Box. So nice of them! ^^
I was so excited to receive this package because of the Lucky Box. Like I said previously, who doesn't love samples? 😍

I bought this in the shade Natural Beige. So far, I'm liking this product as it doesn't look cakey on my under eyes.
The funny thing was that they included some kind of a card(?) mentioning about getting the free USD3 upon registration when in fact I've had already bought from them using the free reward points.

Altogether, I received 66 samples and 1 sheet mask (excluding other samples) which was a pretty good deal for me. I was actually hoping to receive more bb creams since the past reviews that I read from other bloggers mentioned that there were more bb creams rather than skincare samples. But this time, I received more skincare rather than makeup samples, especially serums and creams. I would definitely repurchase this lucky box if they decided to include more makeup samples in the future! :)
Overall, their shipping also took 3 weeks to arrive. I'm not sure about their customer service since I never dealt with them before. I also love how they bubble wrapped my items nicely, considering that most of the things that I purchased were samples. Currently, Eopenmarket are having a Brand Sale event which ends on the 26/07/17.
So hurry up and grab those deal. ^^
